                       World Music Day Celebration

    World Music Day  was celebrated by the teachers and students of Mar Osthatheos   Training College Perumpilavu, on  22nd June 2022, in association with IQAC and college music club Bhoopalam. The program started at 12:00 p.m. with the prayer by Arya Sree P from Natural Science option. The programme was hosted by Sanila from Mathematics option. After the prayer the welcome speech was given by Meegha from Mathematics option, she talked about importance of music and invited our principal mam Dr Limsy John T for the logo presentation and Music Club inauguration. Then we had a voice training class by Dipitha teacher (faculty of music). In training section she introduced 7 types of voice modulation they are; Lipbuzz, Dirr, Yawning with speaking, Exercise by using stomach, siren, zzz areoplane sound, Lilili. After that training section she talked about how to maintain our voice and what are the remedies to control our voice. Then she sang a song for us. At the end of programme the vote of thanks was given by Athira V P from Natural Science option along with a beautiful song.
